Wow! I took Blythe and Evan up North to celebrate her 16th brithday and what a trip it was. We spent three nights in Flagstaff at the time share. That was a pretty relaxing time for me. I sat in the hot tub twice a day every day we were there.
Then we spent a night at oak Creek Terrace Resort in Sedona/OakCreek. It is a wonderful place. They have a little beach right there along the creek and that is where I spent most of my time. Evan really loved it too and spent a lot of time down there meditating and climbing up and down the creek. Blythe loved the rainbow hammocks and hung out there qutie a lot.
Before we checked out Saturday morning I went for a hike to Bell Rock. It was so beautiful. I can feel the energy when I get near Sedona but hiking there just allowed the energy to intensify. I felt very centered there. It was magical.
We ended the trip with a stay at Giselle’s and a party with the band. That was quite the crazy, fun party. I met a lot of people and had some really great conversations. I had given Giselle a painting I did for her and I had a lot of people complimenting me on it, which of course felt terrific.
I got a lot of terrific advice too. There were two beautiful, magical women who especially touched my heart. I really appreciated all the wonderful things they shared with me. I also took their advice and ordered business cards this morning.
All in all I think all three of us had a wonderful time for the entire trip. I was very grateful to sleep in my own bed last night though. Looking forward to my next trip up that way in June to attend the premier of Giselle’s Death Monologues.
I have a lot to let marinate in me but I do think my path has become a little clearer and I did get a shot of motivation to take the steps I need to in order to get where I want to be.
