I don’t know about you but sometimes I really fret over a decision. I worry about making the right choice. IT causes stress and makes me feel sick. I am getting much better at it though, lately.
I have really started listening to my body and even asking my body what it wants. I find that when I take the time to listen to my body, then the stress goes away and a sense of peace fills me. There is a definite beauty and peace to making the right decision.
For me, there is such a lightness that comes over me when I finally make a decision and it is the right one. My body lets me know it is the right one. IF it is wrong, then I feel very heavy. Leanring to listen to my body has been such a gift.
What I am finding out is that many decisions that are the right ones for me, do not sit well with my friends and family, but I learned that I need to do what is right for me. I generally do not know the reason for the decision I make immediately, but in time that reason does become clear, and it is usually not anything I would have thought of.
What I do know is that when I listen to my body and make a decision based on what my body is telling me, then there is no real second guessing or doubt that I have made the right choice. Like I said, beauty and peace just follows.
Take some time to listen to your body. Ask it what it wants. Allow the lgihtness that means something is true for you, to flow through you. IT is a wonderful feeling.
